Is a discounted Sales Navigator seat legit?
Yes, when it is a real LinkedIn seat assigned to your own account. HalfNav assigns you a Sales Navigator Core seat; LinkedIn itself emails the activation invite and you accept it while signed in to your own LinkedIn. Does Sales Navigator include LinkedIn Premium?
A Sales Navigator subscription includes the LinkedIn Premium features a seller uses, such as seeing who viewed your profile, unlimited people browsing and InMail. It does not include the job-seeker tools of Premium Career. You do not need a separate Premium plan alongside Sales Navigator.
What is the difference between Core and Advanced?
Core is the single-user plan: advanced search, lead and account lists, saved searches and 50 InMail credits a month. Advanced adds team features: TeamLink to see your colleagues' connections, Smart Links content trackers, shared lists and an admin seat. HalfNav seats are Core, the single-user plan, at $25 a month against LinkedIn's $119.99.
Is there a free trial, and who is eligible?
LinkedIn offers a free trial of Sales Navigator Core to accounts that have not had one in the past 365 days. A card is required and the trial converts to a paid plan at list price unless cancelled; LinkedIn emails a reminder 7 days before. HalfNav does not run trials; the monthly seat is month to month instead.
What happens to my saved leads, lists and messages?
Lists, saved searches and InMail history belong to the 30-day seat and are lost when it renews. Export what you need before the renewal date; your LinkedIn connections and messages are not affected. The seat-transfer guide explains what belongs to a seat and what belongs to your profile.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
If we cannot activate the seat on your account, you get a full refund. Once a seat is active, the current period is non-refundable. To cancel, email support before the next renewal date and the seat ends at the end of the paid period. LinkedIn's own refund rules for subscriptions bought from LinkedIn are covered in the refund-policy guide.
How many InMail credits do I get and when do they renew?
Every Sales Navigator seat, Core or Advanced, comes with 50 InMail credits a month. Unused credits roll over up to 150, and LinkedIn returns the credit when a recipient replies within 90 days.
